Order Fulfilment Times

All orders placed before 2pm (AEDT) on Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day.

All orders placed after 2pm (AEDT) on Mon-Fri will be shipped the following day.

All orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Your shipment is completely plastic-free and all products will arrive in a compostable mailer bag.

Please note: During peak sales periods (i.e. Black Friday) please allow a delay of up to 2 days for fulfilment.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship out all orders using Australia Post Tracked Delivery. Accurate delivery times per state will be shown on checkout when placing your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (make sure to check your spam). Alternatively, you can track your order status in real-time using the Live Chat feature on our website—just have your order number, email address, and postcode ready.

Returns

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

If your Moon product stops functioning at any point, get in contact and we will offer a replacement under our Lifetime Guarantee.

Personalised products are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under our lifetime guarantee.
