Refund policy
Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days in which to return your moon product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Lifetime Guarantee
If your moon product stops functioning as it should at any point, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Please send proof through to online@moonbottles.com.au and we will organise the replacement or refund. The lifetime guarantee does not cover cosmetic damages, such as scratches or dents from dropping.

To complete a replacement or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@moonbottles.com.au
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you do receive a refund, the cost of shipping will also be refunded to you.
